I attended Skin Lab for a hydrafacial. My skin felt fresh, clean and revitalised after the treatment. My therapist was knowledgeable and professional — she walked me through the treatment step by step. We discussed my skin concerns at length and she recommended products and treatments that would potentially help without being pushy. She followed up by sending me the information I requested via email. I'm really happy with the results, I will be booking again.

I had under eye polynucleotide injections at SkinLab. Clare put me at ease and got straight to work. I found the treatment uncomfortable at times under the eyes but Clare made sure I was ok and kept giving me a break. I've got another 2 treatments 3 weeks apart to go. Can't wait to see the end result.

I've been with Skin Lab for just over 2 months now to treat acne and acne scarring and I can't recommend them enough! Clare explained everything to me clearly throughout my consultation, answered any questions I had, and has made me feel welcome and at ease from the very first appointment. I've had 4 treatments so far and I've already noticed a huge difference — especially a huge reduction in the redness and my skin is feeling healthier. My acne has calmed down on my face and neck already. I've been using cleansers and supplements recommended by Skin Lab, all backed with evidence, and these are also contributing towards improvements. As someone who has been on Roaccutane to try and get rid of acne previously, I'm definitely seeing more improvements now than I did before — I'm wishing I had come here sooner! I had my first ever derma lip filler treatment and I honestly couldn't be happier with the experience. I was quite nervous beforehand because it was something completely new for me, but the whole process was explained so clearly and I was made to feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. I had my first visit to SkinLab for an anti-wrinkle (Botox) treatment. Kerry was very thorough explaining the treatment, telling me what to expect, and giving advice on aftercare instructions. Two weeks on from the appointment, I'm over the moon with the results! I would highly recommend SkinLab. Kerry is so lovely.

Where do I begin? Both these ladies are such a joy to be around! They are both so knowledgeable and professional. From my first interaction, they put me at ease straight away — of course I still had nerves and butterflies, but I knew I was in capable hands. I first visited Skin Lab for a hydrafacial; I never knew my skin could feel and look so fresh. From there I booked in for dermaplaning and 3 areas of Botox. All of which have been done to such a high standard. I couldn't recommend them enough! Both these ladies are registered nurses within the NHS. They strive to make sure they have the latest knowledge in all treatments they provide. I've been having a range of treatments with SkinLab since I finished breastfeeding my first child. When I first came to Kerry and Clare, I felt physically drained and really down about my appearance — I felt I looked so drawn and tired and like I'd aged so much in such a short space of time. After speaking to them, they put together a bespoke treatment plan which included skin boosters, hydrafacials, personalised vitamins, light therapy, a personalised skincare routine and Botox — and I have to say I now look and feel like a new woman. My self-esteem has been boosted. My lines and wrinkles on my forehead and crow's feet around my eyes are a thing of the past due to the Botox. Very impressed with the SkinLab. I had my first appointment this morning with Clare for a skin consultation in relation to wanting some seborrheic warts removed. However, there were a couple of areas that Clare questioned and suggested that she would like to get them checked out for a more in-depth analysis. Although nervous, I agreed that I needed the further checks. I am very pleased that the tests have come back negative — but a huge thank you for Clare's expertise and keen eye. I am now really looking forward to returning to the clinic to begin the removal process of the seborrheic warts.

I'm currently under the care of Kerry and Clare for treatment of B12. Both the girls have been amazing — so helpful with their advice about what may be causing symptoms, as blood tests at the GP and private doctors are causing an issue showing different results. On receiving my first treatment my symptoms changed for the better when I had the B12 treatment. Can't thank the girls enough, as I would still be feeling the struggle of fatigue.

I had my steroid hayfever injection about a week ago and to be honest I don't know why I've waited 50 years for this. Absolutely no symptoms to date — this has been for me one of the toughest parts of the year, pollen-wise. Added bonus: breathing a lot better through my nose during the night, which wasn't what I expected. Should've done this years ago. Cannot recommend enough. A lifelong miserable sufferer of hayfever.
