Before You Arrive

Preparing for your appointment

Following these steps helps ensure your treatment is as safe, comfortable and effective as possible.

  • 1Complete all medical and consent documentation prior to arrival where possible.
  • 2Notify us of any recent changes to your health, medication, pregnancy or breastfeeding status.
  • 3Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before injectable treatments.
  • 4Minimise sun exposure, sunbeds, and fake tan for at least 2 weeks prior to any light-based treatments.

  • 6Attend with clean skin, free from makeup, SPF, or body products on the treatment area.
  • 7Ensure you are well hydrated and have eaten beforehand.
  • 8If you feel unwell or develop a skin infection, irritation, or cold sore, please contact us to rearrange.
  • 9Allow sufficient time for arrival to preserve the calm, unhurried atmosphere of the clinic.
